Does anyone know where i can obtain a dvd - for example , or some other way of viewing this years , above event ?

Try to find someone who recorded it, was on Sky Sports 3 on Sunday and a very small coverage on CH5 last night, otherwise just highlights on general sports progs, sorry cannot be more helpful, did you notice it was'nt on the last Sunday in May this year (wonder why).

There must be Indy500 dedicated web sites that have recorded feeds you can watch online...

Or try ebay: sometimes people put dvds up for auction of recordings they've made themselves off the tv... I've bought F1 dvds this way...
