With the top clubs being effectively world 11's, how far above international standard are they? If it where possible to arrange how far would say, Brazil get in the Champions league? I thought Barcelona where a quantum leap above international standard on Wednesday.

They wouldn't get very far unless they got all their star players back from their clubs, thereby weakening those club sides trying to win the CL.

I can see what you're getting at but it could never work in practicality.
