Has money started to infect in Rugby?
http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/rugby_union/my _club/harlequins/8191371.stm
As a Rugby player and supporter, I'm, utterly disgusted by this, are we turning into a soccer style cheat if you can approach? Is this the start of things to come? How can the sport clean this up going forward?

That it was Dean Richards, a man I've admired since his playing days and, even worse, that he's admitted doing it on four occasions before, makes it all the more depressing.
The only way that the sport can clean this sort of thing up is by handing out long bans to individuals, lifetime if necessary, and big fines to clubs.
Fortunately, there's no suggestion that this sort of thing is widespread, although I'd bet that there's a few people about today thinking 'there but for fortune....'

I do and I have, I've never seen any corruption. Until recently it was striclty amateur. Every club I've ever been to has been full of hard working people keeping their club alive. Anyway this is not a question about corruption is it.
Perhaps you can expand Prudentia, not saying there aren't miscreants out their, I have never encountered any in my long career and I have played over 20 years in UK, France etc etc

I can tell you the reasons mate he/she is a brainless tw&t who is too much of a sh1t head to come clean about being wrong in the first remark. It made a sweeping statement because it probably heard it some where but it is as thick as 2 short planks and probably believes it. Failed to back it up at all when pressed. Probably on the dole with no friends and no life.Zillions on credit cards and probably watches all the soaps and the Jeremy Kyle show. The lowest form or vermin trying to insult it's way out of beig wrong rather than attempting a ratonal discussion.
