If a driver has to start from the pit lane does he do a warm up lap like the others?

The only time he would is if he had a problem on the warm up and went into the pits and could get fixed and to the end of the pit lane before the actual start. Otherwise they just go out 'cold' from the pit lane with no warm up lap.
