Football Manager
If Sir alec the longest serving manager in English football, who is or was the longest in Scotland?
Answers
I believe it was a guy called Willie Maley who was Celtic manager from, believe it or not, 1897 until 1940 when he retired! So Sir Alex - eat your heart out!

It's a fair point about Mr Everiss and one which I don't disagree with mate, but he was in charge of team affairs for that period in what may be termed as a "managers" capacity in modern terms.
It's a bit unfair to say that during WW1 and WW2 there wasn't any football,in fact there were many matches played during this time, mainly regionalised, however clubs did not cease to exist and still functioned.
46 years of suffering West Brom in any capacity deserves recognition...I've done 40 years! Lol!
