Just heard on tv that dog insurance may be made compulsary. I agree with this and licences should be brought back too and it should be made compulsory for all dogs to be chipped .I am a dog lover .How many more of you would agree with this? If you are not prepared to do this then you should not own a pet.That is my statement about it. Too many people have animals and don't look after them. I t makes my blood boil when I hear of cruelty to animals.It is not always the animals that are at fault although it is bread into some of them.

Dog insurance may be made compulsary??. How many times WOULD YOU have had to use it. Licences should be brought back. Do you think the bad boys would buy a Licence. Compulsory for all dogs to be chipped. I agree with this, I am also a dog lover.? Trouble is, the decent pet lovers would abide with any law, but what about the people who don’t. Who will police it?

Insurance won't stop dogs killing kids. The type of people that own huge mad dogs as a macho symblo are unlikely to bother with any legal requirements, it will be the already responsible owner that pays up. I am not a dog lover due to the amount of Sugar they dump on the streets of my neighbourhood!
