I've just googled it and this qestion is all over the web!!!! One answer is World Cup 2002 Argentina 0 England 1. Gawd Rio played in that match too!
I seem to remember Jimmy Hill fronting the 1970 World Cup from Mexico, so I am going to hazard a guess at England v Brazil
...and yet my search for the answer to this presumed competition question yields Spain 0 v Northern Ireland 1 in 1982.
yeah it can't be the 2002 one he's finished by then, I remember the 1970 workd cup, I had the theme song Back Home, that's the one with Bobby Moore and the braclet isnlt it?
