Some of the test series were against pretty minor nations, it was on a question of sport in the very early days so outside the range of links I suspect

I apologise It must have been 11 competitions as the answer given at the time was Rachel Heyhoe Flint,

She was still more successful than any of the boys and played hockey at a pretty high level too
