Legitimate racing move or not?

He spent six years certain in the knowledge that Barrichello would never attempt to overtake him (the same privilege that Alonso is now being afforded with his “team mate” Massa).
Schuey had obviously forgotten that he and Ruebino were no longer driving Ferraris and did not expect the Brazilian's audacious move.
The penalty he subsequently received is outrageous and I fully expect it to be reversed on appeal and the race awarded to him.

Schumacher should have been disqualified from the race and banned for the rest of the season, if not for life.
He did a similar thing to Adrian Sutil on lap 33 at Silverstone 3 weeks ago. Schumacher came out of the pits after a stop and Adrian Sutil was attempting to overtake him when he forced Sutil onto the grass.
Add to that he wiped out Damon Hill in 1994 to stop Hill winning the F1 title. He also lost all his points when he did the same thing on Jacques Villeneuve in 1997 in an attempt to stop him winning the title, and finally when he crashed his car "accidentally" at Monaco in 2006 to prevent Alonso taking pole position.
The man should have been banned from F1 for life long ago.
And this is the man who claims he can win the tilte in 2011. I suppose he can if he blows everyone else off the track.

I see Schumacher has said he's sorry.
But it's a Tony Blair apology - not 'I'm sorry I did it' but 'I'm sorry if he mistakenly thought I did it.'
