I don't think the Ed will allow anyone to say on here LOL. If they are 'defended by the court' there's an injunction stopping publication of the names or revealing the identity. Ed won't want to go to jail for breaching it.

The editor here would not be involved - courts have no jurisdiction here It is permitted to divulge info on internet
Not if you are in Britain the court could shut the site down.
There's a broader question, of course. If the accusation is of criminal activity or of adultery it's very hard to see why somebody famous should be protected any more than anyone who is not . The law of libel in this country is heavily weighted in favour of complainants, who have the money to sue and may anyway proceed on no win, no fee agreements with their lawyers. If the accusation is provenly true, they lose. Given that, it may be that getting an injunction is the best course, hoping that the paper will back off, rather than having the truth published and then losing any action!
dicmor, if it were true the publisher was not involved there'd be no point in the injunction. That the media obey it rather than publish, says that they know more than to think that they aren't affected. AB, I think, is owned by the same company that owns the Daily Mail. If so, they'll be well aware of the rules
