...if childhood obesity continues at its present rate.

"All Ireland semi final Boys 75KG 2009. Munster V Leinster. Both lads the same weight but bit of a difference in height".

Should it have been allowed to take place?

I'm not sure whether boxing has much of a future. When I was a boy, you could count the number of world champions on your fingers. These days there are approaching 50 of them, partly because 5 or more organizations have a world champion, and partly because you can now go down two weight divisions just by flossing your teeth. Holders of more than one championship belt are often stripped of a title simply because there is no consistant method of selecting the next challenger.

The only match I have had the slightest interest in recently was Harrison v Haye, and what a damp squib that turned out to be.
They do seem a bit mis matched.
I was waiting for the er.....'punchline', I suppose, but it's a real fight, isn't it ? :o/
