If Usain Bolt snatched somebody's purse, and then runs away who can catch him?

Could the Police catch him on a Segway? I think not.

My friend Purdey could catch him.
Presumably, the police would position themselves at strategic points to catch him. In a similar way to setting up road blocks, if a thief drove off in a Ferrari.
He'd only have to keep to public roads or footpaths and a segway would be useless as it would be illegal anyhow.
Any middle distance runner would probably catch him in open ground although he might have time to hide before they caught up but he seems a nice chap not prone to bag snatching...
I don't suppose he'd keep his 100-metre pace up indefinitely, but if he's got his Boxster parked within 100 metres he should get away.

Yes, I forgot to mention that this was totally hypothetical, and I would not for a minute think he would snatch a person's bag. My apologies to Mr Bolt if he can see this, and I hope he can take a joke.

Has he really got a Boxster car?
The weight of the purse might slow him by enough 1/100 secs for the next fastest to catch him - Tyson Gay is it?
