a game of 2 halves judging by the radio commentary - Newcastle laughably bad in the 1st half, and Arsenal didn't get much of a look-in 2nd half

Watched the Toon v Arsenal on motd..without knowing the score! Amazing game and Toon had a goal disallowed for offside...looking at it closely, should have been given.

I was at St James' on Saturday for the first time and not a Newcastle fan.It was the most amazing game I have seen.Sat in among the Toon fans and I must say whatever the score they never stopped cheering or lose their will to win even at 4- 0 down.Had to laugh at the Arsenal fans when it went to 4-3 they soon shut up and al looked quite nervous.When the fourth went in the place erupted.I would say though the sending off was a turning point.Got back into Peterborough Station then to find out Posh v Southampton 4 - 4 Missed a good game there as well
