Not every game, but if you type, 'P2P football,' or try '(teamname) vs (teamname) live stream' or 'free live stream' into google you can very often find some forgin site streaming the game you want. You should download a (free) peer to peer (P2P) viewer, (again via google search) to enable you to have the greatest choice of streams. These streams often dont appear until just before kick-off, and will often have forign language commentary, and somtimes the stream may be interrupted for a second or two, but generally, you should find that you can enjoy watching the games. I have seen quite a few games this way. Obviously the fastest broadband speed you have the better!
