Can't run programmes in i Palyer

When I first got my new Windows 7 laptop last month, I just went into iPlayer or 4OD etc and was able to watch programmes.
Today i tried and every time I get a message 'Need to download Flash 10,2'
I clicked on this and then on 'download' and nothing happens!!
What has happened since a week ago?
If I go into my google and highlight top stories/ audio video I get the video ok then!

Try uninstalling the Flash Player Plugin and then reinstalling it. You should (theoretically!) be able to uninstall Flash Player from 'Add/remove Programs' (or the equivalent in your version of Windows) but it doesn't always work. If in doubt, use the proper uninstaller program:

Then download Flash Player again, from here:
http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/
