From my previous log the other day about a message appearing on my screen saying my computer is infected with trojans and viruses. I took on board your advice and ran malwarebytes and thought it had cured the problem but have just had the same message come up again from e set. Is this someone trying to get me to purchase their security and does anyone know of e set.
Eset is a highly respected producer of AV and Internet security. However, if you've not installed any Eset products, then yes, it's a scam.
Which AV product do you actually use?
Well if Malwarebytes isn't finding anything, you could try the free version of Superantispyware from http://www.superantispyware.com/ - it does pretty much the same thing as Malwarebytes, but may be better at detecting some infections.
I happen to prefer Malwarebytes, but you can have both of these on your computer at the same time so trying it can't hurt and may work for you
