Bars

All my bars at the top of the page have gone after I accidently touched the wrong key. How do I get them back please?

Press F11 and that should get them back.

in the view menu should be the toolbars list - just select the ones you want

but he has no "view" menu :-)

You pressed F11 to view full screen mode, pressing it again puts it back to normal.
