bluetooth connection problem with nokia n8

I am having a problem sending to my laptop from my nokia n8 via bluetooth. When I attempt to send a picture my n8 states 'unable to connect'. I never used to have this problem. I recently installed Norton Security on my laptop and the problem seems to have arisen since then. Is there a setting I need to adjust on Norton that will allow my laptop to receive files from my n8 via bluetooth?

Firstly make sure Bluetooth is enabled on both the Nokia and your computer.
In "Windows Explorer" you will see your Nokia as a drive.
Open it up and copy the files you want
