No you can't solve it, leave as it is, it's not a problem. (there are third party defrag programs that will move them, but I personally wouldn't bother with them)
Maybe those files were in use during the defrag or you didnt have enough free space. Download one of the commercial automatic defraggers that wont skip files under low free space and will also defrag while you run other programs. Its also good to run a cleanup and chkdsk before the defrag.
