hotmail running slow

what could be causing my hotmail to run slow ?i can type a sentence but no letters appear for some time ,if i get an e mail with pictures scrolling through them takes an age,yet all other progs etc are ok

For some reason, your browser doesn't like the Hotmail website.

Check that you've got the latest version of it, try running it in 'Safe Mode' (with any add-ons disabled) or switch to a different browser (such as Firefox or Chrome).
