OK Ron .. But you will realise Anti-Malware is not the same as Anti-Advertisement.
Malwarebytes is designed to find and remove any malware or infectious/Windows modifying content that alters ones browsing experience.
Ads can be annoying, but Malwarebytes will not find/remove any of this content .. most of it is 'landed' in the Temp internet folder/files where it is loaded from when the web-page you are viewing is built onto your browser display page.
If you want to stop almost everything annoying .. just use the Windows host file. That is what it is there for.
Advert blocking add-ons for browsers are then not needed at all, as the Windows hosts file takes precedance. It's just a text file .. not any type of add-on that may slow down otherwise 'brisk' surfing.
