Videos in Word

I believe it is possible to embed a video into a Word document.

In Word I get the error 'There is insufficient memory. Save the document now.' when I try to insert a video. I thought perhaps my video was too large, but I tried it with a very small file, and that didn't work either.

According to the Microsoft Tutorial page you can. I've never tied it though.
