Greetings each.
Does anyone know of an easy way to "capture" poor quality camcorder video please? I am trying to convert some stuff to DVD for a friend who has VHS-C tape which has been over-recorded several times to the point where the colour starts to disappear.
I normally use Nero, but it refuses to record unless it sees "full-strength" colour.
Any ideas please?
