printer monitor stopped working

hi all,
my wife is into card making and downloaded a program the other day but with it came a load of other stuff, which i have since uninstalled for her. She has a prob when she goes to print a document, the doc prints ok but has a pop up come up every time saying the print manager has stopped working,she also cannot print any e-mails, any ideas on how to fix would be most welcome, what i have tried so far is a restore point to the day before she downloaded the prog and sfc /scannow she is running vista premium and the printer is a samsung CLP 325W , thanking you in advance Gaz

uninstall/reinstall the printer along with all software and drivers.
