Me to get rid of a toolbar, it is underneath my Google Chrome one called websearch, I have gone in to "under the hood" in Chrome but I can't find it

If download' Hijack This' and run it to see if is installed for sure you can remove it from here and also Smiley Central as well.It is a pest
