Flixxy Videos

Don't know if I'm in correct section.

Emails received or going to Flixxy site, the video does not appear. There is the screen and a red X in the top left hand corner. You tube vidoes no problem. I asked this question in the technology section, and received 4 answers only for them to be removed. ???
I don't understand deep computer jargon.
Any help out there please

Place the mouse pointer in the blank space where the picture should have appeared - then double click. It may appear. Happens to me and I think it is caused by either the free anti-virus software or the firewall that I use.

Thanks martinjr for your prompt reply. I did and it doesn't. I have PC tools for my antispyware& antivirus so I shall delve into there options and maybe turn something off.

Most video problems are resolved by downloading and installing the latest version of Flash from the Adobe website: http://www.adobe.com/go/getflashplayer

If that does not fix it, I would recommend un-installing the Adobe Flash Player, then re-booting and then re-installing it, as described here:
