My brother bought my mother one for christmas, he also bought her a keboard for this. She is managing okay but is there any sites on youtube etc where I can direct her to learn more about it? I think she struggles a little bit with the touch screen bit.

OH bought me one for my birthday, he said if I took my receipt into an Apple store they would give an hour's tutorial.
