I have downloaded the 9.0 edition to run alongside Explorer but all I get is a large white page with downloads which I have not asked for and to get out of this I have to ctrlalt delee so I cannot access the firefox browser. Please what do I do now

download it again, making sure it leaves an icon on desktop.
