Download Revo uninstaller and install it, then try to uninstall PC Cleaner using Revo Uninstaller.
PC Cleaner is as far as I know, spyware.

There is another way to remove it but that means editing the registry. try the above first it's easier.

Thank you ,will Revo Uninstaller be easy and not mess my PC up?
Revo uninstaller will first run the standard uninstaller that came with the product, so the chances are you'll hit exactly the same problems.

Whatever you've installed sounds like malware, so I think you'd be better off running malwarebytes antimalware.

go here: http://www.malwarebyt...cts/malwarebytes_free
and click the GREY button. When you install it it may ask if you want to trial the full version. Say No.

oh Gosh,so many options, just don`t want to download more stuff...how about I do System Restore???
malware is fine kloofneck - you have to install it to get this thing out - a lot of these so called cleaners and uniblue are a pain in the ass.

Would it be worth doing System Restore??
I doubt it as it will still be buried there.....
Are you trying to uninstall it using the uninstall feature that's part of the program itself ??
If so, see if you can uninstall it using "control panel".
I'm using Windows Vista - if you open "control panel" there's another icon named "programs and features" where you can uninstall, change or repair a program.
"Would it be worth doing System Restore??"

No. System restore will at best make no difference and could even make matter worse.

Malwarebytes antimalware is well-known and respected, and very easy to use. Just install it, check for updates, then run a full scan and follow the on-screen instructions.
Gizmonster - going to the control panel to uninstall simply invokes the program's own uninstaller.
