KBD = driver for the multimedia buttons on a logitec keyboard
RECGUARD = protects the recovery partition on HP computers from being deleted.
ps2 = driver for the multimedia buttons on a HP keyboard
realsched = real player update checker/scheduler
hpsysdrv = HP support assistant
jusched = java updater
none of them are essential (apart from the modem one if you actually use the modem) but also none of them should really be causing a problem, the only ones I'd get rid of are the media keys driver for whichever type of keyboard you don't have and the hp support assistant one.

Go to Start left hand bottom corner of deck top.press to open.
in the search box type (msconfig.exe) without the brackets press enter.
A window will come up.
Look along the top of the window to where it says start up fourth one along
press start up
next click the button that says disable all. then apply, then OK.
it will ask you to restart your computer, do that.
After the computer as restarted a window will pop up, put a tick in the little box and you should have no more pop ups when you start your computer
