Hello, I have Itunes and a small Iplayer (Shuffle i think it is).

When I drag a song into the Iplayer it takes about 2 Min's to perform the operation and likewise when deleting a song from it!!

What's gone wrong?? It has always been quick. I am thinking of UN-installing Itunes and starting again from scratch. What do you think folks?

Cheers Chris

Before you uninstall iTunes try restoring your iPod first.
^ Click on your iPod that should be showing on the left hand side of your iTunes window, go to Settings and click Restore.

Sorry Snags. I have done as you suggest, right click, but no such "settings" comes up.
The left hand side of the main iTunes window, where your Library, Playlists and iPod show: click on the iPod and you'll see two tabs in the main window - Contents and Settings.

Click on the Settings tab and hit the 'Restore' button: your iPod will be restored to factory settings (the music on it will be erased, which doesn't matter as the original music files are still in your main Library/Playlists).
