It would help a little if you said what version of windows....
But if you start the computer up, and then press the windows key (or windows key + R if windows XP) and then type in devmgmt.msc and press enter the device manager should load, you can then navigate to the mouse listing using a combination of tab and the arrow keys, press enter to open the properties for the mouse, go to the second tab (again using the tab and arrow keys) and highlight the roll back driver option and press enter and follow prompts....
If the rollback driver option isn't available then try uninstalling the driver (selecting remove driver when asked) and then restart the computer.
