Speeding up PC

Hi all

I have found that when doing a system scan with my antivirus or malware progs that these run faster if I restart my PC first. I assume that this has something to do with the RAM.
Am I correct in that belief?

I'd suspect you've cleared out some of the background tasks so they take up neither RAM nor processor cycles any more.
Computer will become slow down as applications are installed and used.
The most effective way to speed up slow PC is uninstall unnecessary program, disable unnecessary service which will take up your RAM and slow down your PC.

You also need to optimize your computer.

C cleaner
Here mentioned three effective ways will help you to speed up PC
1) Disk cleanup
2) Using C cleaner
3) Disk fragmentation
The most effective way is to make sure the computer has enough RAM to start with.

Then get rid of anything un-needed that runs at startup

Defraging a NTFS drive is pointless.
