Apple iPad4 question

As I always get more sense from you guys than I do the manufacturers, can you tell me why I can receive ITV1 "Live" on my PC but not on the iPad4. All I get is "Connection Error" "There has been a connection problem. Please try again later" 003..................Any help will be greatly appreciated. Tel

I'd imagine it's because your iPad4 doesn't exist.

A real answer, see if there are any updates for the App, if there are then install.

It might also be worth trying to 'kill' it by double pressing the round home button until all the icons show in a row at the bottom, then touch and hold on one until you get a red circle with a line through it. Press that then it kills the app (basically refreshing it).

Failing that, you may just have a crap broadband connection.

I am having one of my "Off-days".....My iPad is iPad3 (not 4) wishful thinking maybe. So any suggestions for that model please?
