Siri on iPad 3

I cannot find this on my iPad (IOS 6) I have followed the instructions to go to settings> general with no luck.
Can anyone help?

I've never had to do that on mine, it was already set up. But if you go to Settings>gereral there should be a tab that says Siri. Touch that and make sure it says on and 'raise to speak'

It ought to be where you're looking under settings, general, you normally need to switch it on and set various bits. If it isn't showing then I'm not sure what to suggest, in the general, about section what does it list the model number as?

Anne, that isn't an iPad3 but an iPad 2 and as such won't run Siri, put MC769B into Google and you'll see

I have to agree with Evian I use Siri on the phone but I can't see it as being as useful on the iPad, it's not really a one-handed device
