how to delete a program

i have a program called fix it utilities 11 on my computer it ,does not appear in the list of programs under the control panel uninstall faciltity but i must delete it as it is clashing with my newly installed norton 360 anti virus programme .please any help out there as to how to do iot ,thanks

Even if you were to find it under the SEARCH facility it would not be sufficient just to delete it there as its probably a number in the registry from your program that is corrupting something else.

Are you sure it's not listed as Avanquest Fix-It Utilities...?

Has it created a folder in Program Files or Program Files (x86)? If so, is there a file in there called something obvious like Setup, Uninstall or even Install...?

its not a program as such i would bet its a trojan etc taking over stuff.you need to download and run trojan remover then download and run malwarebytes.
