Problems loading my work website...please help before I cry!

Hi, I need to connect to a server in Australia for work and it has in the last two days decided not to work. Any ideas what could be stopping it!
This is a message I have just sent to my boss so you know what I have tried so far...
''Hey XXX.... right this is where we stand as of today.. I spoke to my mate and we tried some new things so as of now I have; gone through an hour with Virgin and as you know they can see no issue, cleared my cache and my cookies, de-fragged, disk cleaned, run CC cleaner and all virus scans! Flushed my DNS and am now running through Open DNS. If I try to log in via the usual XXX address the page will not load, if I use the 1180 address I can get on as I can with the 9001 one. When on line the whole thing is glitchy. If the paws [in the top right corner] stop moving I am xxxxxx, though if I refresh I can see my pc is working but XXX is not. I'm trying my damndest here but nothing seesm to work, Oh and this is on three different pc's......and breath!
[13:50:41] Lisa : I did think of using a proxy but my mate says it will slow everything down...right now everything else is super fast lol, so I know my pc is on shape....just XXXXXXX XXX!

Any ideas would be so very welcome
