Producing labels in Open Office Writer
I have been trying to take some of the pain out of addressing Christmas cards so have decided to print address labels - and of course save them for next year.
I have easily managed to produce one sheet of labels of the correct format but my question is how do I move on to a new page? The only way that I have been able to work out is to open a new file and produce another sheet with a similar but different name. With my card list I'll need 4, possibly 5, separate files. Surely there's a way to produce a label file with 5 pages under one name.
(Or am I missing something?)
Incidentally, I have produced the labels so far by typing in the details into the boxes on the "New Document" but this does not let me do more than one sheetful. I know I could set up a database and then do "Mail Merge" (or whatever it's called in OpenOffice) but this seems a bit of a faff! All I want is a "Page 2" option - where is it?!!
Thanks for any help.
