Skype {Problems
I have a problem trying to send a typed message to contacts,I think many people ha ve the same trouble.I can type the message but it wont send when i click send.On the skype help they say type in a special code and then change my skype name .I have tried reloading but not working.Help!

If these not helps You then Try The Following Steps:
1. First Please stop any and all running Skype Client programs on your system.
2. Then using your Windows Control Panel Add/Remove Programs uninstall Skype, when prompted to save your history, choose yes.
3. Now Using windows File Explorer "What you use to view files with" do:
%appdata%\skype
Now if you find a file called shared.xml right click on it and choose delete.
4. If you see a folder for the Skype name in question, click on it, if you see a file called Config.xml right click on it and choose delete.
5. Using the Windows file Explorer enter:
NOTE: If This is a 64 bit system, please look in the program files (x86) folder
%programfiles%
Right click on the Skype folder and choose delete.
6. Please install the normal version if you are using latest version or you can re- install the latest version also.

HI Johnymsmith,Thanks for reply,I am actually trying to put skype right on a friends computer but they are in Germany I am trying a dummy run on my comp and dont want to change my settings for skype.When I jump to 3 and enter figs. I don,t see.xml but lots of others I see my skype name in a line but don,t want to delete.also im not sure about the 64 bit i looked at files and the skype folder is there.Sorry if I seem confused but I will have to talk these instructions through on phone to Germany.THE comp is 64 bit i think.
