Internet Shortcuts File

An internet shortcuts file (containing my favourite sites) is in my Video Library. I cannot understand why this has happened and is it normal. Why when I add to my favourites are they now going to this file. Where should internet shortcuts be stored, surely not in Video library.

Normally Internet shortcuts are stored here :- C:\Users\*Username\Documents\bookmark.htm (Start/Documents)
You can change the folder the where shortcuts are stored in like this....
In Internet Explorer click on the 'Favorites' button (Star icon top right hand corner). Then click the small downward pointing arrow where it says 'Add to favorites' then click 'Import and export', check the 'export to a file' button - next - check what you want to save - next - next - 'Browse' to your Documents folder, click 'Save' and you're done.
