Microsoft Updates

On my Uninstall programme I have the following......Microsoft visual c+ + 2005 redistribute. There are a further 11 similar entries the last being Microsoft visual c+ + 2010 X 86 redistributable.All entries of course have a different serial number.
Can all the entries prior to the last be DELETED.

I believe different programs use different versions of this code so you cant delete any of them as different programs on your computer may be using them.
