Is This A Problem?

I'm using win XP, fully updated. I've just noted an entry under My Network Places called IntelNetProvCredMan. Unable to double-click to get into it, unable to right-click to see properties. No alerts from my antivirus.
What is this? Is this a legit networking entry?

prevx says its malware, but there's this as well:

It's the wifi adapter used by Intel and nothing to worry about.
