How to get in your BIOS will vary from computer to computer.
As your computer starts up you may get some text on the screen telling you what button to press to get into your BIOS, though if it is a foreign language that may be difficult to read.
Sometimes it is the delete key, but not always of course.
You must press the key before Windows loads.

Generally the only way to change a BIOS language is to re-flash the BIOS with the UK version of it's software.
Personally... I'd not risk it, I never suggest re-flashing a BIOS unless it's really necessary as there is always a small risk of it going wrong and if it does you can render the motherboard unusable. Just put up with it.
