I have tried to replace the black cartridge in my all in one but it keeps coming up cartridge not reconised, it is a genuine epson cartridge, I contacted epsons online support and they said go to the website kb.epson-europe.com/article.aspx? article=2085&p=7 I dont know how to use it appears to be a online tutorial but I couldn't get it to work, my printer is still under warrenty should I just return it and get another epson or a different make? Thanks
I have read that telephoning Epson online is not always successful.
If the printer is still within its warranty and you are unable to correct the fault it is certainly a matter for attention by the firm from whom the item was purchased. I would take that course of action after trying the following. :-
