Scanning A Photo-Then Enlarge-Then Saving - Having Trouble Saving Enlarge

I have scAnned a photo to my pc. ive enlarged it( pictures quality deteriorates) but i dont to be bleo ave the enlarged photo - PLEASE HELP

Hi - I'm not sure I will be able to help you, but I think others could help you if you re-enter your question.
When you enlarge it you aren't actually making it bigger just zooming in so when you save it it reverts to the original. As a start make sure that you've scanned it at the highest resolution your scanner can manage, normally measured in DPI, the higher the better. If that doesn't produce a big enough image you might want to download a piece of software called Irfanview, it's an image tool and one of the options is to resize an image so you would be able to create a new image of double the size for instance. The software is free and very well reviewed but pay attention if you install it as it does ask if you want to install Google Chrome at the same time (I think it's chrome, it asks about something I know)
You will definitely need some additional software to enlarge the image for saving. GIMP is another (free download) image manipulating programme similar to photoshop. It will do all you want and more but if you haven't used this type of program before you might find it a bit unfathomable. You can always get help here though.
