Outlook Password

I've just got a new Windows phone but am having problems with email. Does anyone know how I can find, or get a new, Outlook password. I've used Outlook for years but don't ever remember having to enter a password. Also I keep getting messages on my iPad saying that my account is being used on another device (presumably the new phone) and can't deliver emails. I am getting some emails but not sure if all are getting through. If anyone can enlighten me, I would be so grateful.

You would have had an Outlook password when you first set up Outlook.

But you probably had Outlook set so it remembered your password and so you did not need to enter it each time you logged on to Outlook.

Go back to Outlook on the PC and see if there is a "I have forgotten my password" option, or something similar.
