Price Gong Pop Up

how can I stop the pop up called PriceGong
I have just had a new system with Windows 7 using Internet Explorer10
I never had this before but I can,t get rid of it now, the popup blocker is on highest setting.
I found it in Programmes and removed it and I have checked the add ons list in Internet options but can,t see it in there

A bit of web searching suggests that PriceGong puts adware onto your computer so that the 'official' removal instructions ( http://www.pricegong.com/How_To_Uninstall_PriceGong.aspx ) don't completely get rid of it.

So try downloading, installing and running the free version of Malwarebytes Anti-Malware:
http://www.malwarebytes.org/products/malwarebytes_free/
(NB: When installing the program you'll be offered the chance to install a trial version of the 'PRO' version. The option is selected by default, so make sure that you remove the check mark against the option).
