Ipad2 Keyboard

The built in touchscreen on my ipad2 has shrunk to 2 halves that are tiny and I keep pressing the wrong keys. Anyone know how I revert to the big one?

Should be able to change under settings, keyboard, split screen on/off

In the bottom light-hand corner of in your on-screen keyboard is a picture of a key board. Press it and you will,have a choice of 'undock' and 'split' (panicked me the first time I did it too).
