Compatable Laser Toner Cartridges
The toner cartridges for my Epson printer are £75 each and there is 4 of them. I have seen compatible ones for £40 each. Any thoughts on using them?

We always use compatible cartridges but with our new epson, which is wifi, we do not allow any updates and therefore it is unable to detect the non-epson cartridges. At least I think thats how it works. We don't print off pictures so expensive cartridges are not necessary for us.
If they are from the Far East, then you will have to add tax plus other fees which will bring them too close to the £75 figure to make them worthwhile.
Rather than compatible cartridges, I have, with some success used refill kits on my mono laser – which works out significantly cheaper than a new cartridge.
