2 Questions For Ms Word

Hi all, is there a way in MS Word to drag a picture to a specific box and have the picture auto fit in the box in MS Word? I am trying to create a document that contains information on a specific person and in the top left corner, but I would like the size of the picture to remain constant in all the documents.

Second, I created text boxes in MS Word, is there a way to make it so you can only type in the text boxes and no where else?
